Phi Phi - Concealed Gems of Thailand

A trip to the remarkable Phi Phi Area is a journey of a lifetime. Wonderful sand beaches, limestone cliffs, concealed coves, turquoise orange beach, coral reefs, the amazing Maya Bay and the Ao Heap Sai, great evening life, mouth-watering Thai delicacies, canoeing ventures, climbing, snorkelling, you've started using it all at the Phi Phi Island. This is exactly why those who have come here once, need to do therefore again, and again.

Phi Phi Island, also called PP Area is just a number of hours away from Phuket and Krabi in Thailand. Therefore if you're visiting some of these areas, you should arrive at the truly unbelievable PP. A few years straight back Phi Phi Area was absolutely damaged by the Tsunami (this was actually the next worst affected position phi phi island tours the huge waves), but everything has now been perfectly restored. Possibly the services are now actually a lot better than these were before.

The Area is quite near both Phuket and Krabi. Only head to the pier in any of these two cities, catch the ferry and you'd be arriving at the Phi Phi Island in just a few hours. All ferries to the area may take you to the Ao Heap Sai beach. If you're staying somewhere shut, you are able to only get out and walk to your resort. And if you're staying in the Long Seaside or on another part of the island, then you must get another ship that may take you to your resort. If you have a prior booking, the resort will also send a ship for you.

Yet another way to achieve the PP Island is by using the sea plane. Get aboard the small trip and you are certain to get an incredible see of the sea and the rocks. It provides a totally different perspective.

There are two types of trips to the the Island. You may come here on a day trip and return to Phuket or Krabi by the morning, or you might choose to keep here for a few days. These two travels are remarkably popular, but of course if you should be a day-tripper, you will miss out on the many attractions of the island. For example, you will not be able to camp at Maya Bay, wherever Lionardo Di Caprio's "The Beach" was shot, and you can't benefit from the Whole Moon Parties at PP.

But you are able to still see the key attractions of PP such as the Phi Phi Leh and the Phi Phi Wear islands, the Bamboo Area, Insect Area, Horse Beach, the Viking Cave, Pileh Cove, and of course the Maya Bay and Ao Ton Sai. Your journey for PP may keep each day and get back one to your college accommodation by the evening.
